What We Do
Denture Medics are the Emergency Denture Repair team at CosTech Dental Laboratory in Kent. Our technicians provide a denture repair service direct to patients saving you lengthy waiting times with your dentist. Whether you’ve chipped your denture, broken it in two or had a tooth come loose, we are able to fix and return it within 24-48 hours for a single flat fee. And if you’re in our local catchment area, we’ll even pick it up and deliver it back to you for free!
What Happens When We Receive Your Denture
Once we have received your denture this is what we do:
- We will contact you when we receive your order payment
- Our Denture Medics will assess your denture
- We will prioritise your repair and fix it on the same day it arrives
- If for any reason your denture can’t be repaired we will contact you and fully refund your payment
- We will return your fixed denture using a tracking service – you will receive a tracking number from our team once your denture has been despatched.

We don’t recommend using superglue on dentures. Household glues are unlikely to bond the pieces together and could distort the break area which would make it impossible for us to properly repair.
What types of denture can you fix?
We can fix all acrylic work, (that’s the hard, pink bit!). If your denture is a mixture of chrome metal and acrylic, we’ll be able to repair the acrylic and bond it back on to the metal frame for you.
Can you replace lost or broken denture teeth?
Yes, we can. If you have the tooth, feel free to send it in with your denture to be bonded back into position, otherwise we’ll match the tooth type from our stock and put in a new one.
Can you add new teeth to my denture or reshape it?
No, we can only restore your denture to the original prescribed design. If any alterations need to be made, they need to be prescribed by a GDC-registered dentist or clinical dental technician following an in-person consultation.
How long will the repairs take?
We need a maximum of 24 hours in the laboratory to assess your denture, make the repairs and leave it to set. All repairs received at the laboratory are despatched the day after receipt.
How long will the repair last and is there a guarantee?
Due to their nature, guarantees are not offered on removable appliances like dentures. Our repairs will bring the denture back to its original strength but if it broke through normal use, there is likely a problem with the design of the denture, repairs should be treated as temporary and you should consult a dentist about a new denture.
Is cleaning included in the repair fee?
No, our deep clean treatment is a separate service but if you’re sending something in for a repair, we recommend you book the deep clean at the same time!
